Two weeks of fighting have led to the algae of the results ... algae were limited to assault two clumps of moss and have not spread into the tank.
The procedure adopted was:
- Reduction of the half-hour photoperiod.
- Reduction by 50% all the protocol of fertilization and 75% for nitrates added.
- Deep cleaning of the aquarium at every water change.
- 25% increase in the amount of water replaced weekly (from 10 +5 to 10 +10 l).
- Manual removal of the fibrous particles.
Regarding the removal of filamentous, as the mosses had almost reached the surface, I took the opportunity for a pair of scissors.
Now it looks very unnatural, but as I noted on other occasions, cutting significantly strengthens the bush is no longer stifled by himself.
