I problemi del muschio
In recent months I have not had much time to devote to the aquarium so I merely made a routine maintenance of water changes and regular pruning.
Algae are a constant presence even if they are able to contain them. Their presence has forced me to realize that the use of mosses in the aquarium is definitely not recommended unless you have in mind the layout requiring them explicitly. In fact, I noticed that they are easily attacked by algae that tend to stifle the stem of moss and then use the resulting dead matter as food and attack the surrounding plants.
Another downside is the ease with which small fragments of moss spread to the aquarium each pruning going to proliferate in a random way above where we do not want it to be this way.
To remedy what I usually draw with the hose the moss as the cut but the remedy is not always effective.
I hope during this month to have a little 'more time to devote to the layout, I honestly getting tired. In particular it seems to me lacking in depth and open spaces, especially on the left ...
